What happens if I've purchased a ticket and cannot make it?

We understand that things come up and you may not be able to attend a purchased event.  We suggest you  give your ticket to someone else to attend. 

What if I need to cancel a Private Party?

There are NO refunds on private party deposit fees, as the date was held and made unavailable to other customers.  If you wish to cancel so that you can reschedule your party date, we will do our best to make other accommodations for you. 

What is the minimum number of guests for a private party? 

The minimum number of guests for a private party is 15 painters.  If the minimum number of guests is not met, five days prior to the event, we reserve the right to cancel the paint party.
